You are encouraged to write an e-mail to either the Planning Department, or to your local Councillors or to the Planning Committee members themselved to express your support for the Planning Application.
Please use the following wording in the subject line of your e-mail - Planning Application 2009/02660/PA - Birmingham Speedway
It is critical that your e-mail wording starts with the words "I support this application..." and then you can add your reasons for supporting the application.
To start the e-mail process, you will need to know who to write to. There is the Planning Dept, who are contactable on planning.enquiries@birmingham.gov.uk Alternatively you can e-mail the decision makers on the Planning Committee. CLICK HERE for the names of the current Planning Committee members. On this page you can click on the Councilors names to get their contact details.
